The #MeToo movement and public conversations around the lack of female leadership or representation in business and technical fields raise concerns that women face every day in the workplace. Women's foundations are fighting for pay equity, paid family and sick leave, an increase in the minimum wage, and other policies that make workplaces more just and safe for women. Some women's foundations offer trainings or toolkits for local employers. Some raise the voices of women to advocate for policies making it easier for women to both work and support their families.
